Swollen Ankle

Dang, it! It's the end of the day my left ankle is swollen and achy. Chris brought me a nice warm Epson salt filled bucket to soak my ankle/foot in. It eventually felt wonderful. Since my body can't regulate heat or cold much anymore I don't like hot or warm showers anymore. I do better with cooler ones. Weird since I use to love standing under a nice hot shower when the day had been a rough one.
